Jurisdictional Issues
You and WBITVP each agree that the substantive laws of England will govern with respect to all matters relating to or arising out of this Terms of Use, or the use (or inability to use) the Site, and that such laws will apply without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You and WBITVP agree and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
WBITVP does not warrant or represent that the Site complies, in whole or in part, with any foreign laws, if and to the extent that foreign laws are applicable. Those who choose to access the Site from locations outside of the United Kingdom do so at their own risk, and WBITVP disclaims all liability associated with such access.
